Subscription

To subscribe, you need to access to Login page and click on Sign-up .

Fill in the fields respectively with valid email and tax code.

Once the button is clicked Continue three cases can occur:

  1. in the event that your email and your tax code are already present in our system, you will find yourself having to enter only a new password;
  2. if you enter your email and password not present in our system, you will also have to enter your personal data;
  3. if our system has only one of the two (email or social security number), an error message will appear. In this case, contact the technical support and select Personal Data .

Once you have entered your data, an e-mail containing a 6-digit OTP code necessary to complete the registration will be sent to your e-mail address.

If the code is correct, the registration will end successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and will be able to perform the Login .

Subscription Request

After logging in and reading the Regulation it is possible to make a new subscription request by accessing the section Standard Subscriptions Request Subscription

Warning : if the system detects a previous request that is still pending or awaiting payment, it will not be possible to make a new request.

If, on the other hand, a pending office file is detected, a warning warning will be shown which however will not prevent you from making a new subscription request..

The fields are all mandatory and vary according to the type of subscription chosen.

The types of subscription vary according to the applicant.

If the applicant is not a resident:

  1. Non Resident (monthly o annual)
  2. Workers (monthly o annual) - In this case, you will be asked to upload the Work Certificate

If the applicant is a resident:

  1. Annual Resident
  2. Historical Center Annual Resident

Residents will be required to upload a self-certification of residence

Once all the fields have been filled in, proceed to upload all the required documents at the bottom of the page.

Allowed formats are .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg e .png.

In the event that the Municipal Police operator deems the legibility of the document inappropriate, the request will be canceled.

Check

A Municipal Police operator will check the validity of the request; you can check the status of all your requests in the section Standard Subscriptions My Requestes

Requests can be in 5 different states:

  1. awaiting validation : if it has not yet been approved;
  2. rejected : if it has been refused;
  3. pending payment : if it has been approved and is now awaiting payment;
  4. waiting for payment confirmation : if our systems are awaiting confirmation of the transaction from your bank (max 15 minutes);
  5. accepted and paid : if it has been approved and paid for.

Please note: the validity of the subscription will start only when we receive the payment confirmation from the user's bank.

The subscription ticket can be downloaded in the section Standard Subscriptions My Subscriptions to the column Ticket

The ticket must be printed in color in A6 format and placed on the car dashboard in a clearly visible manner.

  2. License Plate
  3. Subscription type
  4. Subscription End Date
  5. Subscription Start Date

Any modification or manipulation of the data on the document constitutes an alteration of the original and therefore considered a crime.

Subscription Renewal

It is possible to renew a subscription to the section Standard Subscriptions My Subscriptions to the column Renewal

The procedure is the same as that used to make a Subscription Requeste with the difference that some fields are pre-filled with the data of the old subscription having in any case the possibility to modify them.

Lite Subscription

In addition to the aforementioned types of subscription, registered users will be able to purchase a Lite Subscription from section Lite Subscriptions Get Lite Subscription

The types of Lite Subscriptions are:

  1. Weekly Hotels
  2. Monthly Hotels
  3. Historical Center (up to 10 days)
  4. Station (up to 10 days)

For all types it will be possible to choose the validity start date.

Please note: the validity of the subscription will start only when we receive the payment confirmation from the user's bank.

The subscription ticket can be downloaded in the section Lite Subscription My Lite Subscriptions to the column Ticket

The ticket must be printed in color in A6 format and placed on the car dashboard in a clearly visible manner.

Payments

Payment will be made through an external service or Stripe

Please note: the validity of the subscription will start only when we receive the payment confirmation from the user's bank.

Modify License Plate

To request the change of a license plate of a subscription, you must go to the section Standard Subscriptions My Subscriptions or Lite Subscriptions My Lite Subscriptions and view the column Modify License Plate .

It will be necessary to enter the data and documents of the new vehicle.
